How is it Free?

Creating a fully featured LaunchSplash page is completely free for setup and hosting. However we offer premium services for users who need more than 2 Launch Pages. We also include additional site designs in our paid plans.

If I sign up for a Paid Subscription to LaunchSplash, what is the cancelation policy?

You can change subscription plans at any time by logging in and clicking "Account Info". With a click of a button you can make any changes to your account, or cancel the subscription.

Do you offer full or partial refunds?

Unfortunately we are unable to offer month subscription refunds. If you have any problems with our service though, please contact us and we'll do our best to work something out.

How do I know if I'm working with a "Domain Name" or a "Sub Domain Name"?

The form entry field labeled "Your Domain (or sub-domain)" does it all for you. Just enter any set of numbers, dashes and/or characters into this form field and you will see the final URL form of the domain name changing as you type. This will be happening directly below where you are typing. If you just type characters (letters, numbers, dashes) the URL form will be "www.MyDomainName.LaunchSplash.com" or a "sub-domain" URL form.

However, as soon as you enter a dot then the URL form changes to "www.MyDomainName". After that you enter com, net, org, biz, or whatever extension you are registered for. You will also see a link entitled "instructions". Click on this link to get the information (i.e. the applicable IP address) you will need for completing the Domain Mapping activities at your registrar (e.g. domain name provider).

Yep! Just contact us with any art assets you have and we'll give you quote.

Are you going to be adding new Launch Page designs?

Yes, we have a professional designer on our team who is working hard to add to our already impressive collection of Launch Page templates. Expect great things to come!
